The exhibition event held at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong from April 18 to 21 has successfully concluded.
Our company made thorough preparations prior to the exhibition, developing an exhibition plan that included booth design, promotional material preparation, sample preparation, and standardized training for exhibition staff on appearance and communication skills to ensure accurate and persuasive product presentations. We also scheduled on-site meetings with key potential clients in advance.
Over the four-day exhibition period, through the collective efforts of our exhibition staff, we attracted a large number of customers to stop by. Everyone had clear responsibilities, including reception, product explanations, distribution of materials, and information registration. Through on-site demonstrations and interactive experiences, we enhanced customers' interest and recall of the products.
This exhibition also yielded positive results. On one hand, business was expanded, with a total of 400 domestic and international clients visited, including approximately 10 potential clients. On the other hand, the booth location and design received favorable reviews, enhancing the company's visibility within the industry.
